For example, each of our users may import their email contacts from third-party providers, such as Gmail, or otherwise collect and manage contacts through their user website. 5. Where do we store your personal data?
5.1. Based in Israel:

Our users' and users' users' personal information may be stored in data centers located in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. We may also involve other jurisdictions (as further explained below) for the proper provision of our Services and/or when required by law. Ltd. is based in Israel, which is considered by the European Commission as a country offering an adequate level of protection for personal data of citizens of EU member states.

5.2. EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Disclosures:

 Wix participates in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework Agreement and the Switzerland-US Privacy Shield Framework Agreement and has self-certified their compliance. 7. Use of Cookies and Other Third Party Technologies

We, along with our third party service providers, use cookies and other similar technologies (“Cookies”) to provide our Service and ensure it works properly, to analyze our performance and marketing activities, and to customize your user experience.

7.2. Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display text and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Google servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offering. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR.

7.3. Contact form and email contact

There is a contact form on our website which can be used to contact us electronically. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and saved.

Your consent will be obtained for the processing of the data during the sending process and reference will be made to this data protection declaration. The legal basis for processing the data is therefore your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a) GDPR.

Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. The legal basis for processing the data is your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a) and b) GDPR. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be used to process the conversation.

The processing of the personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the contact. If contact is made by e-mail, this is also the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data.

The other personal data processed during the sending process (server log files) serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. The user has the option to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

7.4. Google Maps

We include the maps ("Google Maps") provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, in one or more places on this website. These are integrated via a script, whereby your IP address and your location data (but not without your consent, usually as part of the settings made on your device) are sent to Google. 10.1. Permanently delete visitor data
