5.1. Based in Israel:

Our users' and users' users' personal information may be stored in data centers located in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. We may also involve other jurisdictions (as further explained below) for the proper provision of our Services and/or when required by law.

Wix.com Ltd. is based in Israel, which is considered by the European Commission as a country offering an adequate level of protection for personal data of citizens of EU member states.

Wix Affiliates and third-party service providers that store or process your personal data on Wix's behalf have contractually committed to safeguarding that data in accordance with industry norms and whether or not their jurisdictions have lesser legal requirements.

There is a contact form on our website which can be used to contact us electronically. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and saved.

Your consent will be obtained for the processing of the data during the sending process and reference will be made to this data protection declaration. The legal basis for processing the data is therefore your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a) GDPR.
